Stone and marble
No acids (like vinegar or descaler) and no bleach on marble or natural stone, ever. When we're not sure, we use pH-neutral cleaner and water.

Tell us about special surfaces at the first visit: stone, wood floors, stainless, delicate fabrics. You sign off what we can use, and we stick to that list.
