The crew
We're seasonaires and lifties who chose Whistler for the mountain and stayed for the town. Women and men, early starters, good with keys and better with a mop.
Between shifts on the hill, we look after homes. Cleans, hot tubs, snow, keys. The small jobs that keep a mountain home running while you're somewhere else.
A builder on the crew
Our crew lead is a qualified builder. On a home check, that means someone who knows what a slow leak, a soft deck board or a struggling furnace looks like.
If something needs a trade, we'll tell you plainly and can wait in while they fix it.
Why "corduroy"?
It's the ski term for the smooth ridged lines a snowcat leaves on the mountain overnight. Fresh, flawless, and ready before anyone arrives.
